A plaque in the library states: Mrs. (Mae) Edward U. Demmer and (son)Lawrence E. Demmer have donated this library to the families and children of Three Lakes, WI in loving memory of Edward U. Demmer in 1971 (Edward U. Demmer 1887-1969)
