Federal Tax Forms

Some of the most commonly used Federal Income Tax forms and Wisconsin Tax Forms for 2009 are now available at the library.  The forms are on a table located in the back area of the library next to the Science Fiction books.  As we receive the forms we will put them on the display.  If you need other tax forms you may find them online at http://www.irs.gov/ or http://www.revenue.wi.gov/html/formpub.html .  Wisconsin does offer free electronic filing of Wisconsin tax forms.

By completing this survey, you can help them identify where the need for broadband exists, and in so doing, help yourself get adequate broadband sooner.”

Please complete the Wisconsin Broadband Survey online at http://psc.wi.gov/apps35/eSurvey/Broadband/WIbroadband.aspx or stop by the library to pick up a form to complete and fax or mail to the Public Service Commission.  Thank you.
