Join us on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at the Black Forest for our hard-hat themed Spring Fling fundraiser!

Tickets: $75 each

3- course dinner with wine pairings with each course:

Forest Wedge Salad – Iceberg, Blue Cheese, Pickled Red Onions and Bacon

Nicolet Forest Ramp Soup with Spotted Trotter Serrano Julienne

Seared Straus Lamb Lollipops – Locally foraged Wild Mushrooms, Grilled Grape Tomatoes, Truffled Pomme Gratin and Escargot Sauce

Coffee and Dessert

Sommelier, Nicole Nowlin, will pour and present wine before each course.
