Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Library is a volunteer organization for persons in the Three Lakes community and surrounding areas. Our objective is to promote knowledge and use of the Library’s functions, to increase relationships between the Library and the Community at large, and to serve as informal spokespersons to create goodwill, interest and enthusiasm for the Demmer Library. The Friends of the Library organize an annual 4th of July book sale and monthly used book sales with the proceeds benefiting the Library.
The Friends of the Demmer Library hold monthly meetings on the 1st Monday of the month in the Lower Level of the Demmer Library. Book sorting begins at 11:30 a.m. Friends are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. The meeting starts at 12:30 p.m.

Monthly Book Sale on the 4th Saturday of the Month (9:00 a.m. – noon) – Library Lower Level
Annual July 4th Book Sale – Thursday, July 4th, 2013- immediately after the parade
Friends of the Library Open House Potluck – Wednesday, July 24th, 2013
