The first Catena Three Lakes event of the 2021 spring series will be held on April 7 at the Three Lakes Center for the Arts. There will be limited seating in the theater, with virtual attendance encouraged. Pre-registration is required for in-person attendance. Participants via Zoom can find connection information on the Demmer Library and the Three Lakes Center for the Arts websites and Facebook pages. All attending are encouraged to ask questions of the spakers.
The spring program series will feature the Forward Three Lakes team, a project of the Three Lakes Community Foundation. The April 7th event will feature members of Forward Three Lakes talking about a shared vision of Three Lakes, how it came to be, and where they are at right now. The following sessions on April 28, May 5, and May 26 will follow the progress of the implementation groups and have information on how residents and friends of the Three Lakes community can get involved.
The mission of Catena Three Lakes is to connect the people of Three Lakes through a series of stories about the past, present, and future of the community, while providing opportunities for engaging conversation. The first presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. for 20 minutes followed by question-and-answers and second speaker presents at 7:00 p.m.
The series is presented in coordination with the Demmer Library, the Three Lakes Chamber of Commerce, the Three Lakes Center for the Arts, Forward Three Lakes and local community sponsors. For more information, please contact the Demmer Library at 715.546.3391 or the Catena Three Lakes on Facebook.
