Meeting Rooms in the Time of COVID

To use the meeting and study rooms for extended times during the current pandemic:

Meeting room limits have changed:

  • Maple Room: maximum 15
  • Tamarack Room: maximum 8
  • Spruce Room: maximum 3
  • Study Room 1 and Study Room 2: maximum 2

Use:

Library-related activities have priority.

Face coverings must be worn properly the entire time a user is in the building, even when seated and working alone in a room. Failure to wear a covering consistently can and will result in revoking right to future room reservations.

Rooms may be books for up to 2 hours. 30 minutes will be scheduled between groups.

Room users must check in at front desk before going to room. Users will be asked to clean the room using available cleaners before and after use.

Reservations will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, but an individual or group will be limited to one reservation per week. Additional uses will be based on room availability.

After-hours and other use will be at the discretion of the library director or designated staff.

***Meeting room use is subject to change per the health emergency policy, and additional procedures may be required as the situation evolves.***

All other criteria of the meeting room policy remain in effect.
